Prime Minister Participates in High-Level Working Session Organized by MCC

Prime Minister Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud participated on Sunday in Dallas, United States of America, in a high-level working session organized by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) for heads of state and delegations participating in the US-Africa Economic Partnership Conference.
During the working session, future prospects were reviewed and opportunities and challenges for economic development in the countries benefiting from IDA’s programs were discussed.
Ways to improve the effectiveness of development support through appropriate country-by-country framing and the importance of developing and including mechanisms to advance partnership for development were also presented.
The working session was attended by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh.
