Mauritania, UAE sign MoU on Digital Transformation in Education in Mauritania

Mauritania and the United Arab Emirates signed on Tuesday, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit 2024, held in Dubai, UAE, a memorandum of understanding related to promoting the actual launch of the digital transformation path in education in Mauritania.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the Mauritanian side by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Innovation and Modernization of Administration, Mr. Mohamed Abdullah Louli, and on the UAE side, the Minister of Employment for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Digital School, His Excellency Mr. Omar Sultan Al Olama.

Through this memorandum, work will be done to enhance the actual launch of the digital transformation path in education in Mauritania, expand areas of joint cooperation related to digital transformation between the two brotherly countries, in addition to exchanging experiences, including those related to the guiding laws supporting the launch of the digital transformation of education in Mauritania.
