President of the Republic Holds Talks with Iranian President

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, held talks on Saturday evening in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), with the Iranian President, Mr. Ibrahim Raisi, on bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them, in addition to the developments of the brutal massacres launched by the Israeli forces against the residents of the Gaza Strip, and the need to stop this aggression and allow the entry of humanitarian aid.

This meeting comes on the sidelines of the extraordinary Arab-Islamic summit, which began Saturday in Riyadh, with the aim of unifying efforts and coming up with a unified position that reflects the common will regarding the dangerous and unprecedented developments taking place in the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian territories, which require Arab and Islamic unity in confronting them and containing their repercussions.
