Kicks off of the 18th Session of the General Assembly of the West African Power Exchange Organization

The 18th session of the General Assembly of the West African Power Exchange Organization (ECOE) kicked off Monday morning at the International Conference Centre in Nouakchott.

Participants in the five-day course will discuss a range of presentations including the policy and regulatory framework for sustainable energy integration, a stable unified system to improve regional electricity trade, wholesale markets, public participation and cooperation, integration in renewable energies, financial balance of the electricity sector in West African countries, and building partnerships for energy integration and exchange.
