Defense Minister Meets With U.S AFRICOM Commander

On 23 October, in Nouakchott, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, the Minister of National Defense, received General Michael E. Langley, the Commander of the U.S Africa Command (AFRICOM), and the delegation accompanying him, in the presence of HE Ms. Cynthia Kirscht, the U.S Ambassador to Mauritania.

The meeting focused on the military cooperation between Mauritania and the United States and its prospects.
