Armed Forces Chief of Staff Receives IMCTC Delegation

On 26 September, in Nouakchott, Lieutenant General Mokhtar Bella Chaabane, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, held a working session with the delegation of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), led by its Secretary General Major General Mohammed bin Saeed al–Moghedi.

The meeting, which is part of the working visit that the coalition delegation is currently paying to Mauritania, focused on the cooperative relations between the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the IMCTC General Secretariat as well as the means to strengthen them, particularly in the area of the fight against terrorism.
