President of Republic Congratulates Turkmen Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani sent the following message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Serdar Berdymukhamedov, on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s national day:
