Vethi Abdel Ennadher a annonc\u00e9 samedi la vacance du pouvoir du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique tunisienne et nomm\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du parlement tunisien Fouad El Moubezaa, pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim, comme le pr\u00e9voit la constitution.<br \/>\nL\u2019article 57 de la constitution tunisienne stipule que le pr\u00e9sident de la chambre des repr\u00e9sentants occupe les fonctions du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique provisoirement pour une p\u00e9riode maximale de 60 jours.<br \/>\nFace \u00e0 cette situation, la constitution tunisienne pr\u00e9cise que des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles seront organis\u00e9es dans trois mois et ne donne pas droit au Pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de briguer la pr\u00e9sidence.<br \/>\nCette annonce intervient apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part vendredi de l\u2019ancien Pr\u00e9sident et l\u2019occupation de ses fonctions par le premier Mohamed El Ghannouchi apr\u00e8s un mois de contestations politiques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du conseil constitutionnel tunisien, M.
