\nThe President of the Republic was seen off at Nouakchott \u201cOumtousy\u201d International Airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Bilal Massoud, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministers of Justice and National Defense, the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, the Wali of Western Nouakchott, and the Vice-President of the Nouakchott Region. <\/p>\n
