{"id":6245,"date":"2022-06-16T21:02:25","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T21:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newar.ami.mr\/en\/index.php\/2022\/06\/16\/president-of-regulatory-authority-sworn-in\/"},"modified":"2022-06-16T21:02:25","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T21:02:25","slug":"president-of-regulatory-authority-sworn-in","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/archives\/6245","title":{"rendered":"President of Regulatory Authority Sworn In"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 16 June in Nouakchott, Mr. Ahmed Ould Mohamedou, the President of the Regulatory Authority, swore in before Mr. Cheikh Ahmed Ould Sid&#8217;Ahmed, the President of the Supreme Court, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the Attorney General at the Supreme Court, and a representative of the General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office. <\/p>\n<p>The President of the Supreme Court invited Mr. Ould Mohamedou to take the following oath: &#8220;I swear by Allah, the One and Only, that I will faithfully perform my duties and exercise them with impartiality and integrity, under the provisions of the Islamic Sharia, the Constitution, and the laws, to maintain the secrecy of the deliberations and not to take any public position or give any opinion on matters falling within the competence of the Authority?.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the President of the Supreme Court announced the completion of the necessary procedures for the president of the Regulatory Authority.<br \/>\nThe swearing-in ceremony took place in the presence of the Secretary General of the Supreme Court and the Chief Registrar of the Court, respectively, Messrs.
