On 15 May in Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, offered the condolences of the Mauritanian people and government, and his condolences to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the President of the brotherly state of the United Arab Emirates and, through him, to the brotherly Emirati people and government following the passing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, May Allah have His Mercy on him. <\/p>\n
In turn, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his thanks and gratitude to the President of the Republic for his sincere fraternal feelings toward the State of the United Arab Emirates and its people in this painful ordeal. He also wished His Excellency continued health and well-being, as well as Mauritania and its brotherly people more progress, prosperity, security, and stability. <\/p>\n
The readiness of His Excellency the President of the Republic to offer his condolences on the occasion of the passing of the deceased, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, reflects Mauritania’s gratitude for the role that the late deceased played throughout his life in the service of all humanity and for his support of development efforts for the prosperity of Mauritania. <\/p>\n
