Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, following the disastrous floods that ravaged the province of KwaZulu-Natal, claiming many human casualties and causing material damage.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the complete text of the telegram:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To Your Excellency Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of South Africa,<\/p>\n<p>It is with deep sadness that I received the news of the extensive damage caused by floods in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, particularly the city of Durban.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the government and the people of Mauritania, I extend to Your Excellency and the people of South Africa our heartfelt condolences and best wishes for a speedy recovery of the injured.<\/p>\n<p>As I express to Your Excellency my sincere sympathy and solidarity, I am convinced that this painful ordeal will only increase the determination of the great South African people to accomplish further progress and prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>Please accept, Your Excellency and dear brother, my highest regards.<\/p>\n<p>Your brother: Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The President of the Republic, H.E.
