{"id":4125,"date":"2021-12-19T01:37:07","date_gmt":"2021-12-19T01:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.64.2\/en\/index.php\/2021\/12\/19\/foreign-minister-mauritania-attaches-great-attention-to-its-strategic-partnership-with-turkey\/"},"modified":"2021-12-19T01:37:07","modified_gmt":"2021-12-19T01:37:07","slug":"foreign-minister-mauritania-attaches-great-attention-to-its-strategic-partnership-with-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/archives\/4125","title":{"rendered":"Foreign Minister: Mauritania Attaches great Attention to its Strategic Partnership with Turkey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismael Ould Cheikh Ahmed, stressed that the bilateral relations between Mauritania are based on cooperation in various strategic areas.<\/p>\n<p>In his intervention on Thursday in the preparatory meeting for the Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit in Istanbul, the minister added that the partnership between the two countries has recently witnessed a significant progress in different areas; where the trade volume has tripled since 2019; the Turkish Airlines has established an air bridge between the two countries in trying times of the COVID-19 Pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The minister praised the positive role played by the Turkish human resources in Africa in general, and Mauritania in Particular, in fields such as: fishing and mining.
