On 5 November, Ms. Fatimettou Mint Abdel Maleck, the Chairperson of the Region of Nouakchott, chaired, in Glasgow (Scotland, United Kingdom), a scientific meeting on the modalities of cooperation and unification of efforts for the creation of a conducive environment for capacity building in the field of local African climate action. <\/p>\n
This scientific meeting is organized in a partnership between the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa) and the African Local Government Academy (ALGA). <\/p>\n
