In this painful circumstance, I present to your Majesty, and to the brotherly Moroccan people, on my personal behalf and on behalf of the government and the people of Mauritania, our most sincere condolences and the expression of our deep compassion. <\/p>\n<p>While sharing with you the feelings of sadness for this painful loss, I implore ALLAH the Almighty to shower His Mercy on the deceased, to welcome her in His immense Paradise and to inspire you with patience and perseverance. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Innaa Lillaahi We Innaa Ileihi Raji&#8217;ouun&#8221;.
