It is with deep emotion and great sadness that we learned of the passing of His Highness the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.<\/p>\n
On this sorrowful occasion, I wish to extend to Your Highness, the distinguished Al Thani family, and the brotherly people of the State of Qatar my sincerest condolences and heartfelt sympathy. I pray to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased the vastness of His mercy and acceptance, to bless you with patience and comfort, and to preserve the brotherly State of Qatar in security and stability.<\/p>\n
