He also underscored the country\u2019s positive macroeconomic performance, political stability, and strong institutional framework, which support sustainable, long-term partnerships with the private sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">The Minister outlined the exceptional incentives provided under the new Investment Code 2025, which guarantees full equality between domestic and foreign investors, ensures the free transfer of capital and profits, and offers attractive customs and tax incentives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">He further emphasized the significant opportunities available to Russian and international companies in strategic sectors, particularly renewable energy and green hydrogen, as well as the exploration and development of gas, oil, and mineral resources. He also highlighted opportunities across value-added chains in the fisheries, livestock, and agricultural sectors.
