On June 1, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. Sergio Mattarella, President of the Italian Republic, on the occasion of his country’s National Day:<\/span><\/p>\n

On the occasion of your country’s National Day, I am pleased to extend to you my warmest congratulations and to wish the friendly Italian people continued progress and prosperity.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would also like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to continuing efforts to strengthen and develop cooperative relations between our two countries, in the interest of our two friendly peoples.<\/span><\/p>\n
