His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani sent a congratulatory message on Tuesday to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.<\/p>\n
