His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, today, Thursday, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. William Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya, on the occasion of his country’s National Day:<\/p>\n

On the occasion of your country’s National Day, I am pleased to extend to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations, wishing the brotherly Kenyan people continued progress and prosperity.<\/p>\n
