The minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Sid’ Ahmed Ould Bouh, met on Wednesday in Seville with the Spanish Secretary of State for Trade, Maria Ampauro Lopez Cenovilla, on the sidelines of the Seville Conference.<\/p>\n
The meeting focused on exploring new prospects for the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the economic and commercial fields.<\/p>\n
During the talks, the two sides emphasized the importance of capitalizing on the enormous potential offered by the strategic partnership between Mauritania and Spain.<\/p>\n
The two sides also discussed the ongoing preparations for the organization of the Mauritanian-Spanish Economic Forum to be held this month, which is expected to be an important platform for exchanging experiences and showcasing investment opportunities available in both countries.<\/p>\n
These talks are part of the ongoing efforts of the Mauritanian government to diversify its economic partnerships and attract foreign investments, especially from European countries with advanced technical and financial expertise.<\/p>\n
