{"id":23841,"date":"2025-04-22T08:36:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T08:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/?p=23841"},"modified":"2025-04-22T08:43:40","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T08:43:40","slug":"president-of-the-republic-receives-the-minister-of-energy-and-water-of-mali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/archives\/23841","title":{"rendered":"President of the Republic receives the Minister of Energy and Water of Mali"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23844 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20-04-2025-s0012-1-300x200P-receives-Malian-m.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>The President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received, on Sunday at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, the Minister of Energy and Water of the Republic of Mali, Boubacar Djani, where he received a message from General Assimi Go\u00efta, President of the Transition and Head of State of Mali.<br \/>\nThe meeting dealt with the friendly and brotherly relations between our country and the sisterly Republic of Mali, and ways to strengthen them.<br \/>\nShortly after the interview, the Minister of Energy and Water of the Republic of Mali made the following statement: &#8220;I was honoured to be received by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, who handed him a letter from his younger brother, His Excellency General Assimi Go\u00efta, Head of State of Mali.<br \/>\nAt the outset, I would like to express my gratitude to the President of the Republic for his kind reception and the Government, especially my counterpart, for the warm reception I have received since my arrival in Nouakchott.<br \/>\nDuring this meeting, we discussed the long-standing relations of fraternity and friendship between Mauritania and Mali, especially the Senegal River Investment Organization.<br \/>\nAs Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Senegal River Investment Organization, I took the opportunity to discuss a number of issues related to the organization with His Excellency.<br \/>\nSince His Excellency is also the current Chairman of the Heads of State of the Organization, I have sought his wise advice and guidance, which he has provided me, especially since he has instructed the organization of the Conference of Heads of State of the Organization as soon as possible.<br \/>\nOnce again, I thank His Excellency the President of the Republic.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe meeting was attended by the Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, His Excellency the Minister of Energy and Oil, Mr. Mohamed Ould Khaled, and His Excellency our Ambassador in Bamako, Mr. Cheikhna Ould Elneny.<br \/>\nIn addition to the Malian Minister, the Ambassador of the Republic of Mali in Nouakchott, Mr. Bakary Doumbia, and Mr. Moussa Ciss\u00e9, Coordinator of the National Cell of the Senegal River Investment Organization, also attended.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received, on Sunday at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, the Minister of Energy and Water of the Republic of Mali, Boubacar Djani, where he received a message from General Assimi Go\u00efta, President of the Transition and Head of State of Mali.
