On 24 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Sheikh Al-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic and Chairman of the African Union, arrived in the French capital, Paris, to attend the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympic Games, Paris 2024, hosted by the Athletes\u2019 Village in Saint-Denis, north of the French capital.<\/p>\n
His Excellency was received by Mr. Mohamed Yahya Ould Teiss, our country’s ambassador to Paris, and Ms. Moulaty Mint El Moctar, our country\u2019s ambassador to UNESCO.<\/p>\n
His Excellency the President of the Republic is accompanied by a large delegation that includes Messrs.:<\/p>\n
– Mokhtar Ould Djay, the Minister in Charge of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ahmed Ould Sid Ahmed Ould Die, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament;<\/p>\n
