On 15 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, president-elect, received a congratulatory message from HE Mr. Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda, on the occasion of his re-election in the first round, on 29 June, to the presidency of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.<\/p>\n
