My name\u2019s Ummy Mwalimu. I\u2019m the Minister of Health of the United Republic of Tanzania and the special envoy of Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania. I came here to Nouakchott to deliver a special message from Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan to the President of the Republic of Mauritania, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
