His Excellency the President of the Republic, President-elect Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received, on Wednesday, a cable of congratulations from His Excellency Mr. Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for a new mission.
