President of the Republic, Chairperson of the AU meets the Director-General of the WTO
\nHis Excellency the President of the Republic, Chairperson of the African Union, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, met on Monday at his residence in Geneva, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the General Assembly of the World Health Organization, with the Director-General of the World Trade Organization, Ms. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.
\nThe meeting dealt with the relations between the WTO and our country, and between the WTO and the African Union, and ways to develop these relations and push them towards achieving the desired goals for the benefit of the parties concerned.
\nHis Excellency the President of the Republic, Chairman of the African Union, attended this morning the opening of the 77th session of the World Health Assembly, where he delivered an important speech in his capacity as Chairman of the African Union.
\nThe meeting was attended by the Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Diay, and HE. Ambassador Ball Mohamed El Habib, Permanent Representative of our country to international organizations in Geneva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
