The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Gazouani, received today, Thursday morning, at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, the credentials of His Excellency Mr. Claodio Javier Rozewcwaig, as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentina to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.<\/p>\n
After the presentation of credentials, the President of the republic held a meeting with the Argentinian diplomat in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismael Ould Cheikh Ahmed.<\/p>\n
After the meeting, the new Argentinian ambassador made a statement to the Mauritanian News Agency, in which he said:<\/p>\n
\u2018\u2019 I presented my credentials to His Execellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Oul Cheikh El Ghazouani, and it is a great honor for me as an opportunity to give impetus to our bilateral relationship and deepen it in various areas of cooperation, especially since Argentina has great progress in the agricultural field and there a desire to deepen cooperation, whether in the field seeds, veterinary, or agricultural mechanization. <\/p>\n
The meeting enabled me to review the possibility of deepening cooperation in the areas of multilateral cooperation, especially debt.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n
