A delegation from the High Authority for Press and Audiovisual, headed by the President of the High Authority, Mr. Houceine Ould Meddou, began on Tuesday a working visit to France, at the invitation of Mr. Roque Olivier Mester, President of the French Audiovisual and Digital Communication Authority.<\/p>\n
At the beginning of its visit, the Mauritanian delegation held a working session with the President of the Audiovisual and Digital Communication Authority, Mr. Olivier Roque Meister, in the presence of the Director of the Office of the President of the Commission, Ms. Gitsen Univas, Mr. Frederick Boukhaba, Assistant Director General, and Mr. Martin Kouki, Director of European and International Affairs.<\/p>\n
During the working session, they reviewed various topics related to the specificity, media training and mechanisms for enhancing cooperation between the two bodies at the bilateral level and at the level of regional and international bodies, before the delegation toured the various departments of the Communication Authority, during which the delegation team met with members of the Authority’s Board and listened to technical explanations related to the departments and sections of the Supreme Authority.<\/p>\n
