On 22 February, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from Tindouf after a working and friendship visit to the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Algeria.<\/p>\n
During this visit, the Head of State supervised, with His Excellency Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the opening of two border crossing points between Mauritania and Algeria, and the launch of the Tindouf-Zouerate road works.<\/p>\n
His Excellency was welcomed at the Nouakchott International Airport by the Prime Minister Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud, the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, several members of the Government, the Chief of Special Staff of the President of the Republic, the Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Wali of Nouakchott-West, and the Vice President of the Nouakchott Region.<\/p>\n
His Excellency the President of the Republic was accompanied by a large delegation including Messrs.:<\/p>\n
