His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following message of condolences to the President of Guinea, Colonel Mamadou Doumbia, after the fire that occurred on the night of 17 to 18 December 2023 at the main fuel warehouse in Kaloum and left victims.<\/p>\n
The telegram reads as follows:<\/p>\n
“Your Excellency the President and dear brother,
\nI learned with great sadness the news of the fire that occurred on the night of 17 to 18 December 2023 at the main fuel warehouse in Kaloum.
\nOn this sad occasion, I am keen to express, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Mauritanian Government and people, my deepest condolences to you, to the brotherly Guinean people and to the families of the victims.
\nI would also like to express to you, at these difficult moments, the sincere solidarity of the entire Mauritanian people.
\nWe ask Allah, may He be exalted, to get them into the vastness of His Paradise and to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
\nIn renewing our sincere condolences, please accept, Mr. President and dear brother, the assurances of my highest consideration.<\/p>\n
