{"id":10621,"date":"2023-06-27T20:59:56","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T20:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/?p=10621"},"modified":"2023-06-27T21:01:06","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T21:01:06","slug":"minister-of-agriculture-leaves-for-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ami.mr\/en\/archives\/10621","title":{"rendered":"Minister of Agriculture Leaves for Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"b-loaded\" src=\"https:\/\/ami.mr\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/NO-2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"288\" \/>On 27 June, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Yahya Ould Ahmed El Waghf, left Nouakchott for Italy and China.<\/p>\n<p>During his stay in the Italian capital, Rome, the Minister of Agriculture will participate in a high-level meeting of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on 28-29 June on the transformation of agricultural food systems to adapt to the 2030 Agenda endorsed by the United Nations.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting deals with several issues related to cooperation between countries of the South and Western countries and between international bodies and institutions with African countries.<\/p>\n<p>In China, Mr. Ould Ahmed El Waghf will participate in the China-Africa International Forum on economic exchanges between China and African countries.<\/p>\n<p>The forum will deal with several areas mainly related to agricultural development, pesticide management, and research into food chains, in addition to strengthening cooperation between the Mauritanian and Chinese private sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The program of this forum, which will meet from 29 June to 3 July, includes a series of technical meetings with Chinese research and training centers and relevant national sectors, including the Ministry of Agriculture, to study ways of allowing our country to benefit from Chinese experiences in terms of research and training.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 27 June, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Yahya Ould Ahmed El Waghf, left Nouakchott for Italy and China.
