\"\"Mauritania participated in the tenth session of the Arab China Business Conference and the eighth session of the Arab-China Symposium on Investment, which were organized on 11-12 June in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mauritania was represented at this session by a delegation led by Mr. Cheikh El Avia Ould Mohamed Khouna, the President of the Mauritanian Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture.<\/p>\n

Workshops were organized during this session, highlighting the enormous capacities available both in the People’s Republic of China and in Arab countries.<\/p>\n

The most efficient ways to strengthen Arab-China cooperation in other vital areas such as energy, trade, industry, mining, food security, artificial intelligence, health care, and tourism, among others, were also discussed.<\/p>\n

On the sidelines of this event, Mr. Ould Mohamed Khouna multiplied contacts with many heads and members of the participating delegations. Thus he paid a visit to the Union of Saudi Chambers, during which he was welcomed by the President of the Union, Mr. Hassan bin Mojib Al-Huwairzi, surrounded by the Secretary General and the officer in charge of international relations within the institution.<\/p>\n

He also paid a courtesy visit to Professor Dr. Khaled Hanafi, the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers. The visit focused on ways to strengthen cooperation between the two bodies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
