On 22\u00a0 May, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after taking part in the 32nd ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States held on 19 May in Jeddah.<\/p>\n
The President of the Republic was welcomed at Nouakchott \u201cOumtounsy\u201d International Airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the two Ministers Counselors at the Presidency of the Republic, members of the government, the Wali of Western Nouakchott, and the Vice President of the Nouakchott Region.<\/p>\n
Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani was accompanied by a large delegation including:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ms. Mariem Mint Dah, the First Lady;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mr. Isselmou Ould Mohamed M\u2019Badi, the Minister of Finance;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic;<\/p>\n
\u2013 HE Sidi Ali Sidi Ali, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;<\/p>\n
\u2013 HE Mr. Sidi Mohamed Abdellah, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Egypt and its Permanent Delegate to the League of Arab States;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mr. Ahmed Ould Bah, a.k.a. H\u2019Meida, an adviser at the Presidency of the Republic;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mr. Sidi Mohamed Ould Sid Jaavar, an adviser at the Presidency of the Republic;<\/p>\n
