President of Republic Congratulates Paraguayan Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Mario Abdo Benitez, President of Paraguay:
