On 10 November, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, chaired, at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, the swearing-in ceremony of the President of the Council of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Tebakh, and members of the said Council.
The President of the Republic called on the president of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority to take the following oath: “I swear by Allah the Almighty, to faithfully and fully perform my functions, to exercise them impartially, in respect for the Constitution and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, and to preserve the confidentiality of deliberations even after the end of my mission”.
Then, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani declared the President of the Council of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority installed in his new functions.
His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, also invited: the members of the Council of the Public Procurement Authority, Messrs. Mokhtar Ould Ahmed Ely, Sidi Mohamed Jiddou, Melainine Khaled, Mohamed Lemine Abdel Fettah, Limam Moulaye Omar, Bouna Mokhtar Souleymane, and Ms. Roughaya Abdallahi Yaraahoullah, as well as Bakari Tawfiq Sidi, to take the same oath.
Finally, His Excellency the President of the Republic declared the members of the Regulatory Council installed in their new functions.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Adama Bocar Soko, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Mr. Ousmane Mamadou Kane, and Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Lemmat, Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic.
