Launch of the Twentieth Session of the Mauritanian-Algerian High Joint Committee for Cooperation

The Prime Minister, Mr. Moctar Ould Djay, alongside his Algerian counterpart Mr. Saïfi Ghrib, presided today, Tuesday, at the Government Palace (Algiers), over the launch of the twentieth session of the Mauritanian-Algerian High Joint Committee for Cooperation.
This session comes in the context of the positive momentum witnessed in the bilateral relations between Mauritania and Algeria, and the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to elevate joint cooperation to broader levels, in a manner that serves mutual interests and strengthens the fraternal ties between the two brotherly peoples.
The works of this session will be devoted to discussing ways to develop bilateral partnership, encourage investment, and facilitate trade exchanges, with special attention given to enhancing economic integration between the two countries.
