Our country participates in ُُEstablishment of Memory of World Committee in Arab region

On the sidelines of the regional conference organized by UNESCO, in cooperation with the Qatar Documentation House in Doha on January 21 and 22, our country participated in the founding conference of the Regional Committee for World Memory at the level of the Arab region.
Our country was represented at this important regional event by a delegation that included Messrs:
– Mohamed El Mokhtar Ould Mohamed El Hadi, General Delegate for National Documents
– Mohamedou Kan Aliman, Assistant Director of the National Commission for UNESCO.
During the sessions of the scientific symposium held on the occasion, the Delegate General of National Documents presented a lecture entitled “Documentary Heritage in Mauritania. Preservation and valorization efforts”, in which he addressed the various aspects of the work carried out in this field and the results obtained as a result of these efforts.
