Foreign Minister Receives Head of EU Delegation

On 14 January, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, received in Nouakchott HE Mr. Gwilym Jones, Ambassador, Head of the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Mauritania.

During the meeting, both parties discussed the fruitful cooperation between our country and the EU in several fields, as well as the recent developments in the Sahel region.
