Foreign Affairs Minister Receives Iranian Ambassador

On 26 May, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received Mr. Javad Abou, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Mauritania.

The talks focused on cooperative relations between the two countries, ways of strengthening and developing them, and issues of common interest.
